Type Power Distribution Module
HIMA F7133 4-Fold Power Distribution Module The module has 4 micro fuses for line protection. Each fuse is associated with an LED. The fuses are monitored by evaluation logic and the status of each circuit is notified to the associated LED. The contact pins 1, 2, 3, 4 and L- on the front are used to connect L+ and EL+ and L- to power the IO module and sensor contacts. Contacts d6, d10, d14, d18 are used as rear terminals, 24 V power supply for each IO slot. If all fuses are OK, relay contact d22/z24 will be closed. If no fuse is equipped or the fuse is faulty, the relay will be de-energized. Note: – If the module is not wired all LEDs are off. – If the input voltage is missed in case of current pathes which are connected together no information to the state of the different fuses can be given.Fuses max. 4 A slow blow Switching time approx. 100 ms (relay) Loadability of the relay contacts 30 V/4 A (continuous load) Residual voltage in 0 V(case of fuse tripped) Residual current in 0 mA(case of fuse tripped) Residual voltage in max. 3 V(case missing supply) Residual current in < 1 mA(case of missing supply) Space requirement 4 TE Operating data 24 V DC: 60 mAHIMA F7133 4-Fold Power Distribution Module FQA What are the main specifications of the F7133? The maximum fuse is 4A slow-blow type; the relay switching time is about 100ms; the relay contact load capacity is 30V/4A continuous load; the residual voltage is 0V and the residual current is 0mA when the fuse is blown; the maximum residual voltage is 3V and the residual current is less than 1mA when there is no power supply; the space requirement is 4TE; the working data is 24V DC, 60mA. What power input is usually used for the F7133 module? The F7133 usually operates on a 24V DC input, which can handle redundant inputs and ensure that each of the four outputs has sufficient power. This redundancy is very important in safety applications where power outages may cause system failures.
